As we create Geoson’s roadmap for 2026, our focus for our applications team is providing a customer experience where there are measurable improvements in engagement, responsiveness, and insight across the full application lifecycle. We’ll continue to anchor these solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform, where low‑code apps, automated workflows, and real‑time analytics let us simplify complex journeys and make data visible for decision‑makers. Being able to integrate this information to various ERPS, like Microsoft Dynamics BC (Business Central), F&O (Finance & Operations), and QuickBooks builds directly from our Managed Services work—strategy, enhancement, and day‑to‑day support for CE, Business Central, and GP—so customers get modern experiences without disrupting the core systems they rely on. That approach reflects a principle we’ve held since day one:
- users should be decision‑makers,
- processes should be simple, and
- business intelligence should assist decisions.
We’re expanding and refining our Ez product family to allow a broader user experience. EzExpense Mobile is our free user application being released by the end of January 2026. EzExpense Essentials and Pro leverage the information from EzExpense Mobile for expense management within companies. They will have straightforward integration pathways into your existing ERP—so finance touchpoints are faster for your team and clearer for your customers. We’ll also use the Geoson Extension Hub to centralize our extensions and make deployment and support easier across environments—a smoother, guided experience for admins and users alike. For organizations standardizing on Dynamics, our Contract Management extension and related Power Platform solutions continue to connect sales, service, and contract data—bringing customer commitments and operational execution into one view.
I’ve spent over 26 years in enterprise applications—solution architecture, project leadership, and product work—and Geoson’s ethos remains the same: people first, feeding precision, leading to desired outcomes. Since 2007, as a Microsoft Partner rooted in Alberta and serving clients across North America, we’ve specialized in ERP and CE/CRM with a strong community footprint and a mission to help people achieve a better quality of life through technology.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re “all‑in” on customer experience: more intuitive apps, tighter business software integrations, and managed services that evolve with you—so every customer touchpoint feels connected, responsive, and smart.
